visit a retail home center. State law does not allow manufacturers to sell directly to the consumers, so all homes are sold through retail home centers. Our member retailers are experienced in assisting consumers with finding the perfect manufactured or modular home. They'll work with you on financing your home, transporting the home to your home site and have the home erected on your site to your satisfaction. They have been meeting homeowner’s expectations for years.

secure financing. Our member lenders are experienced in assisting consumers in finding the necessary financing to make home ownership a reality. Whether your new home will be going on private property or into a land-leased community one of our lender members should be able to help you. Many of our members specialize in “home only” lending (chattel lending) for homes going into a land-leased community. While others will finance the home and the land.

Most fields are self explanatory, unless you know the name of the organization you are looking for it is recommended you search by selecting the correct "Member Type" (common types are listed above in bold).
