HOW TO JOIN PMHA
Membership Application
Interested in becoming a member of PMHA? Take a moment to look at the member benefits then fill out the application and mail the application with your check to the PMHA office.
- Free Yearly District Meetings
- Legislative Lobbying
- Reduced Rates on Educational Seminars
- Educational Sessions sponsored by MHEI available at a reduced rate
- Membership in PMHA includes a membership with MHI
- Messenger service to PennDOT for vehicle titles. Messenger service is also available to Dealer Licensing and Labor and Industry.
- Legal Council - PMHA advises on legislative semantics and legal interpretations. Can recommend a professional legal council if necessary
- Bi-monthly newsletter, the Pennsylvania Perspective with updates and tips on what is happening, and going to happen, in your industry.
- Library - PMHA maintains a fully stocked library with reference material, books, videos, photos, magazine articles, everything you need to know at your fingertips with just a quick phone call.
- Credit Union membership - all PMHA members are automatically members of Cornerstone Credit Union for financial assistance.
- PA One Call Payment - Call before you dig will net you a nice $50 bill if you aren't a PMHA member. If you are then just send us the bill and we will take care of it for you! That is an annual $50 savings on your membership dues!
- Free listing on the PMHA website. Take a look at the members who are taking advantage of this benefit by clicking on "PA Retailers" in the homeowner's section of the website.

Affiliated Power Purchasers International, LLC (APPI), is the endorsed independent energy consulting firm for the PMHA. APPI manages the Powerful Solutions Program which provides electricity procurement and natural gas management services for commercial and industrial users of energy. The APPI Powerful Solutions Program is available to all PMHA members and is designed to reduce and manage your energy costs with no upfront cost to you.

- MODULAR - $100 per home, min. of $1000 per year

Supplier/Distributor
- $300.00 per year

Convoy/Transport Company
- $300.00 per year
- Additional address & or name to receive mailings - $150
Financial Services/Professionals/Insurance
- $300.00 per year
- Additional address & or name to receive mailings - $150
Installer/Repair/Service
- $200.00 per year
- Additional address & or name to receive mailings - $150
Retailer Manufactured Housing/ Modular
- $275.00 per year
- Sub-lots: $75 additional per lot per year (listing only)
- $150 additional per lot per year (listing/additional mailing)
- Community: $75 additional per community per year (listing only)
- $150 additional per community per year (listing/additional mailing)
Community Owner
- $5.00 per site (Largest community owned must be listed first)
- $165 minimum, $950 maximum
- $75 additional per community per year (listing only)
- $150 additional per community per year (listing/additional mailing)
Builder/Developer
- $275 per year
- Additional address & or name to receive mailings - $150
Inactive Member
- $150 per year
- For anyone who is no longer in the industry but wants to keep in touch with what goes on behind the scenes. A non-voting membership but with all the other benefits - newsletter, social functions, news & people updates - we'll keep you in the loop!
