PA Housing Resource Center has developed an installation instructional manual for pre-owned homes which can be used in place of the manufacturers manual.  The PA Field Guide is available from PMHA free to members or at a cost of $25 to non-members.  Members and non-members can also download a copy of the PA Field Guide from the PA Housing Resource Centers web site at www.engr.psu.edu/phrc clicking on the Publications tab.
